What's Wrong (please be as specific as possible)

Expected

My commander name pronounced correctly (Doctor Evil)

Observed

No matter what I try, "Doctor" is pronounced "DR".
I am using the phonetic ˈdɑktər ˈivəl

Enter name in the Spoken name section of Commander Monitor
