Purpose

Addresses As a Dynamo user, I would like minimal and maximal left panel width for AppHome and Set limit in for app home main content drag jira tickets by fixing the bar min and max width sizes.

• the size variables are stored in the front-end directly, they don't come from Dynamo
• the sideBarWidth persists now between Dynamo sessions
