Cherry-pick of #16645 to RC4.0.0_master

Purpose

Updating the Autodesk Identity Manager link that is shown in the MessageBox when the Identity Manager is not installed in the machine (the previous one was sending to a page in which we cannot see the Identity Manager installer until we apply some filters).
In the new page provided the direct link to download Autodesk Identity Manager is provided
