The problem

Running tmpo log on my PC which has a fresh installation of tmpo on it throws this error:

❌  failed to query entries: SQL logic error: no such column: hourly_rate (1)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Have fresh installation with zero config files or db files created
2. Install tmpo
3. Run tmpo log before any other commands
