This PR adds support for multiple tproxy nodes functioning as a cluster that share the same state. Tproxy nodes within the same cluster will synchronize their states with each other. Any node in the cluster can handle incoming requests. Each CVM will establish simultaneous connections to all nodes through Wireguard.
