This SDK update achieves the following goals:

• It adds support for the info API, which returns ready-to-use tcb_info. This allows the SDK to fetch tcb_info and return it for attestation and reproducing RTMR3. This feature is now available in three SDKs: Python, JS/TS, and Golang.
• It includes built-in helper functions that generate a TEE-baked wallet for Ethereum and Solana, preventing misuse and confusion. These helpers are only available for Python and JS/TS.
• It generates a simple README.md as documentation.
