Instead spaceId should be a second arg like so:
return logsExplorerLocator?.getRedirectUrl({
dataset,
timeRange,
query,
filters: [...searchConfigurationFilters, ...groupFilters],
}, { spaceId } );
Because it isn't part of a specific locator state, but a param for building a URL
