This should update the help dialogs to a more current standard, mentioning many features that 0.4.6 didn't have implemented. Also adds info about the Sunsoft 5B, and how to utilize it's envelope generators.
The only thing lacking in this iteration of the help file is the changelog, it has only gone up to 0CC 3.14.4.
