This bug exists on the latest available release of DistroAV and supported environment?

• I have checked this bug still exist on the latest available version of DistroAV
• I have checked that my OS / OBS / NDI versions are supported

Issue reported - Current Behavior

I download latest release from github I paste it into my portable obs directory, then start the obs, after start ndi still says its at 6.0.0 and want's to update.

Expected Behavior

Says its updated to the newest version 6.1.0

Steps To Reproduce

1. have portable obs with distro-av 6.0.0 plugin pasted in the directory and it works
2. download newest distro-av plugin 6.1.0
3. paste in the directory
4. start up obs

Environment

- OS: windows 11
- OBS: 31.0.3 instaled as portable .zip
- DistroAV: 6.1.0
- NDI: 6.1.1.0

• I have confirmed this bug exist on more than one device/computer
• I have tested using a new scene collection to reproduce the issue
• I have tested on a 'clean' OBS installation (aka with no other scripts or plugin installed)
