Reported after following instructions on creating a new python project:

I'm trying to do the same [...] The instructions say we should create the repo in github ourselves and chose DiamondLightSource as the owner, but for me that options is greyed out, due to "Insufficient permission" (sic).

We should either document the process of getting a repository made (is this still just posting in the Slack channel or knowing an org owner?), expand permissions in the org to allow members to create repositories, or find a better way of automating this step.
