As a developer I would some system-level tests, especially when it comes to blueapi working correctly within kubernetes, so that I can deploy with confidence.

Possible Solution

The helm test utility is interesting here. Although we should also support running system tests outside of kubernetes e.g. for I04. I would suggest we write some system tests that can be triggered via the CLI, like dodal, and also add a helm test that runs the same CLI command. The remaining question is how do we run the system tests in CI?
