microscopy-image-extraction.ipynb and Cell Tracking Challenge directory (provided by Longhui Jiang) provides two independent methods to transfrom cell images to csv with cell's location.  

Other contributions to stage_1 (provided by Wataru Kawakami) support cell images in 3D video frames.
