This PR improves the Editor screen experience with mentions integration into content editor to add tags, revamped date time picker, and other minor visual changes.

Key highlights include:

• Title Capitalization: Title field now capitalizes sentence start correctly (The journal title textbox should default to an uppercase letter when empty #30).
• Tag mentions: Editor supports inline tag addition with suggestions (Feature Request: Support Inline People and Tag Addition While Typing #23).
• Visual & Layout Refinements: Revamped the date-time picker, corrected full-screen dialog status bar icons, and fixed aspect ratio scaling inconsistencies.
