This adds a new project type that allows skipping the import phase when creating a new project. It uses a new dynamic image loading and rendering system. There is still a lot of work to be done on this and a lot of testing. Definitely not production ready.

Description
This adds a new project type that allows skipping the import phase when creating a new project. It uses a new dynamic image loading and rendering system. This should allow Degate to support images with billions of pixels in each dimension.
