[@types/vscode] The type for lineComment in CommentRule interface is out of date #74372
Description
As of June 2025, the type for the lineComment property in CommentRule interface was changed and a new LineCommentConfig interface was introduced in PR microsoft/vscode#243283, specifically commit d9145a2.
So the current type of string is now out of date. Please could you add the changes accordingly.
