v8.4.4 of @types/eslint appears to be corrupt or missing from the NPM registry.

The latest version appears to have no README, nor is the tarball available via the NPM registry.

Update: This is almost certainly an issue with the NPM registry: https://status.npmjs.org/incidents/6wr25yb0b2dd - Leaving this issue open until the NPM registry issue is resolved to see if additional action items are necessary for the DefinitelyTyped team to fix the broken package (e.g. push another minor change to trigger the CI/CD again after the outage ends)
