Fallback from Enterprise:

• disable HA (use only one Edge Component, use only one Gateway per Location)
  • leave only one Edge / Gateway per location, disconnect others, disconnected components should report unhealthy state in health checks so load balancer know about it (consider k8s edge case, k8s will detect this container as unhealthy)
• add integration tests
