Describe the bug
The UI changes an IPv6 prefix length from /32 to /128

To Reproduce
Create an ACL rule with destinations: 2a00:1c98::/32, 2a01:8107:fff0::/44
(Deploy the changes)
Edit the same ACL rule
Don't change anything or add an extra destination, save
(Deploy the changes)
The UI will have changed the /32 prefix length into a /128

Expected behavior
The UI doesn't change the prefix length of IPv6 destinations
