First draft of the JOSS paper.

TODOs placeholder after it's approved and merged, before submitting the paper:

  • Release a new version of the package on PyPi
  • Create a new dev branch where from now on we will open PRs; we will merge dev into main from time to time, when we evaluate that it's needed
  • Update the documentation for the developers
  • Add citation file for BibTex (see for example https://github.com/DeepGraphLearning/torchdrug/blob/master/CITATION)
  • Plan framework paper

  • Fout et al
  • Ramsunder et al
    are not complete

2- You can reference also the new Masif :

3- remove extra 's' in structures from " Furthermore, because a structures can easily comprise"
