From PR #528, Coveralls detects 0% of coverage. See also the build on coveralls. Nothing relevant to the action seems to have been modified in the PR.

I have now set 70% as the coverage value to make the check fail. I just noticed now that the coverage was 0 from the badge in the README. It was not from the action check because it did not fail.
