Add support for
/evp_proxy/v4/api/v2/llmobsand/evp_proxy/v4/api/v2/llmobs/updateendpoints. Requests are handled by the same logic as the v2 llmobs endpoints (stored, forwarded when configured, and included in LLM Observability query-rewriter results).
