What does this PR do?
Adds details to our public docs about deploying the Log Forwarder in multiple regions for a single account, or for multiple accounts in an AWS Organization.
Motivation
We didn't have public docs on this, and multi-region deployment is a common request that we actually already support.
Testing Guidelines
Followed the instructions as written for the single-account multi-region setup in a test account and confirmed it works as expected.
