Describe the bug
Whenever I try to use the evaluation feature is displays the error message Unable to find the library for similarly as in #5079

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a debugging session
2. Try evaluating something in the console (e.g. '1 + 1')

Expected behavior
The evaluation result is returned
