@kenzieschmoll has been seeing issues the last few days with the command palette command and the Sidebar title button not doing anything when trying to open DevTools. No errors are in the console.

I was just able to repro this, and switching back to the Stable version seemed to fix it. My guess would be that it's related to 3855d1d or eea9929 (they do have some changes in the commands to support the new flags, the change was not isolated to the commands).
