I have a relatively big analysis_options file in my company. And when managing it I always have to open a browser to see what some specific lints are and copy the right name.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like for the analysis_options.yaml file to have an autocomplete for rules under linter, and possibly to look for active rules to suggest under analyzer -> errors and maybe analyzer -> language.

As well as possibly a hint on what the rule is about with maybe the link to the docs.
