Currently this setting must be a container for SDKs, but if we allowed it to support a specific single SDK path it would allow a user to very quickly switch between the PATH version and this version (would could be handy for Stable/Dev, or in the case of Fuchsia, between the locally cached version and a specific build (#437 (comment))).
