Trigger signature help when completing on something that will put the caret inside parens #3645

Raised by @nickmeinhold in #3571, the signature help doesn't auto-trigger when accepting a completion if you didn't type the (:
We may be able to handle this in middleware (I think we may do something similar for import completions etc.)
