Widgets in local packages (not the launched application) are not shown properly in the inspector summary tree #3210
Description
DannyWidget is defined in a local package that's open in VS Code, but is not in the running application project. If the widget was in the main app, its children would also be in the summary tree. This is likely because we only include the main app in setPubRootDirectories.
