Should watch window should show "not available" instead of "noSuchMethodException" when variables out of scope/invalid? #1021

See what other languages do - I've definitely seen <not available> here, and the exception looks kinda scary (though at the same time, if the user has typed something, <not available> is less useful than the exception evaluating)..
