Remove the "deferred / out of scope" language from the README and contributor docs — real-time voice, video, and screen sharing over LiveKit/WebRTC are fully implemented. Add a voice/video feature bullet and update the contributor guidance to maintain rather than stub the voice stack. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
