Updated storybook to latest v6 and resolved npm legacy peer dependencies

We are soon enabling framework integrations build so React (amongst other things) will be supported out-of-the-box and we will rebuild the storybook with it since storybook support for WebComponents is spotty and not as easy to use as React for which it was designed for.
