The previous implementation of license-checker output the module path as an absolute path to the developer's module directory. It was determined the license-checker project was no longer maintained. Therefore, the package was removed and a new package (fork of license-checker was added). The new package allows for --relativeModulePath.

While I was at it, I decided to update from license.txt to license.json for readibility.
