Fixed an issue where dnn-richtext and dnn-monaco-editor would not load
This makes it so we no longer need to override esbuild version (and gets us on latest storybook).

Bumped storybook to v10
This makes it so we no longer need to override esbuild version (and gets us on latest storybook).
Because that override was introduced in #1454 this PR includes the changes from it, so it is easier to review if the other is merged first.
