Actual Behavior

Miniconda install on CentOS 7 on aarch64 fails with an unresolvable glibc dependency. This works fine on the x86_64 version, but fails on aarch64. As CentOS 7 still has several years left of support and CentOS 8 has an uncertain future, it would be very nice to have this support back. Thank you!

Expected Behavior

Miniconda should install normally on CentOS 7 on aarch64.
