The variable CRYPTO_POLICY is no longer honored by sshd on any RHEL 9 and 10 system. This variable has been removed in RHEL 9 and replaced by using the Include directive in sshd_config. Therefore, we will remove the rule configure_ssh_crypto_policy that configures this variable from all RHEL 9 profiles. Resolves: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-65737
