- I'm not yet ready to update android studio to latest Meerkat | 2024.3.1, So i stick with agp = "8.8.2" and gradle version = gradle-8.10.2-bin.zip

Description:
This PR updates the dependencies to their latest versions, ensuring compatibility with Kotlin 2.0+. Additionally, it migrates to the recommended Compose Compiler Gradle Plugin, removing manual version management.
Changes:
Updated libs.versions.toml with the latest versions.
Added org.jetbrains.kotlin.plugin.compose in build.gradle.kts for Compose Compiler.
Why this change?
Ensures compatibility with Kotlin 2.0+
Follows the latest best practices for Jetpack Compose
Simplifies dependency management
