The 5.3.0 release included a fix related to a dependency (#6839), but also dropped support for PHP 8.1. This means that for any project running PHP 8.1, it will fail unless one manually pins behat/gerkin to 4.12.0 in their project.

It'd be great if there was a 5.2.2 release that did one of the following:

• Include the fix in the PR linked above
• Pin the dependency to 4.12.0
