Objective

To create a running list of tasks needed for an MVP state of the platform.

Background

Most of the asks from our community partner (Brian) are improvements that we will get from a simple upstream pull. For example:

• The current UIPA.org portal uses Python 2 and PostgreSQL, which have both been deprecated (Python and PostreSQL)

However, people are currently using UIPA.org to make and view requests - using certain custom features that were added to the initial platform (not present in the froide repo). We don't want to remove any features from the portal that are being used, so we also want to re-implement many of these in the new portal.
