Objective

The primary objective of this task is to define and establish a comprehensive testing workflow for UIPA.org. This involves determining the types of tests, testing frameworks, and procedures to ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of the application.

Success Criteria

A testing workflow is integrated into this repo (probably with GitHub Actions), to at the bare minimum run a test build on code before it gets merged it so we don't merge a completely broken build.
