Updates authorization for linting API.

It looks users (at least on EE edition as reported by @bcdady) are now required to authenticate. #8 updates the documentation and adds an auth token as a (better) alternative to basic auth (which should be possible at the moment).

The error reported could be improved now authentication is usually required:

- Non-200 status from GitLab: 401
