Hooks ensure proper formatting and linting before commiting
No pep8 fixes, just reformat. Closes: Codaone#716
For details oh why and how it's happening, see xeroc/python-graphenelib#144 Should not happen in new release of python-graphenelib. Node switch is still needed in case of unexpected reconnection to node out of sync. Closes: Codaone#680
