Expected Behavior

The worker should place orders which are separated by the increment.
My increment was set at 0.5% so the orders should be spaced 0.5% apart.

Actual Behavior

Worker has placed multiple small orders in between increments

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Run a worker, allow it to fill the order book to the desired spread and the correct increment
2. Wait a few days for there to be some orders filled on both the buy and sell sides
3. Worker places additional orders in between increments

Settings:

Increment 0.5%
Spread 3.5%
