Sometimes Data Lake Catalogs contains many namespaces, but user need to connect to ClickHouse only some of them.
PR introduce new setting 'namespaces' for DataLakeCatalog with comma-separated list of namespaces.

rest catalog supports nested namespaces, nested can be included individually with value root.nested or all nested from specific namespace root.*.

Now implemented in rest, glue and unity catalog types.
