3 different tests instead of 1, because setting min_insert_block_size_rows can't be set in scope of query and in performnace tests session settings can be set only for whole test. It's worth to test part formats' dependence of amount of data to insert.

Still too fast...

Some are even faster than 0.02 s -- you can see this in the Test times table, the column Ignored short queries shows the number of short queries.
