Expected Behavior

Expect that README URL links work.

Current Behavior

The following links need to be updated:

Read the API documentation (release 0.8.3) for details on how to use the API and specific models

Additional samples can be found in the YDK-Cpp samples repository (coming soon)
The "API documentation" link results in a "This site can’t be reached" error.

The "YDK-Cpp samples repository" link takes you to https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/ydk-cpp-samples, which is an archived repository with no samples.
