Developed a machine learning model that estimates Airbnb listing prices using real-world data from 25,000+ properties.

• ✅ Preprocessed data with Pandas and visualized trends using Seaborn
• 🧠 Trained a Gradient Boosted Regressor with Scikit-Learn
• 📈 Achieved R² score of 0.76, surpassing previous models
