Note

Low Risk
Patch-level ORM dependency bump with lockfile updates; low risk, though it can subtly affect query behavior across database interactions.

Overview
Updates the sequelize dependency to 6.37.8 (and refreshes package-lock.json accordingly).

This pulls in the upstream patch release that includes a security fix validating cast types in JSON where clauses.

Looks like sequelize is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
