DS Stats issues warnings when the RRDfile has not been initialized #5514
Description
Describe the bug
In the case of DSSTATS if the RRDfile is not initialized, or there is some corruption in the database that causes the ID to be invalid, errors fill the cacti.log.
Expected behavior
Cacti should be better about masking these types of errors.
