When enabling boost on a fresh install, an error may be reported #5466

Describe the bug
After installing boost, I get the error below for a single polling cycle:
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Fresh install
-
Create a bunch of graphs
-
Switch to Boost on
-
Goto Cacti Log and See error
Expected behavior
Cacti should not be making these types of SQL calls.
