Describe the bug

The Cacti API does not allow duplication of a Graph Template to be independent of It's Data Query association.

So, for example, when duplicating any Interface Graph Template, entries are added to all the Data Queries Referencing the new Graph Template.

There should be an option to remove this dependency.

Expected behavior

At the API level at least, separate the two actions.
